I grew up in. There's just me and mum now, how the heck we all (mum, dad, three brothers and me) lived here together I have no idea, I knew back then it was crowded and I can understand why we bickered so much and it felt like we had no personal space...because it <i>was</i> crowded!<br /><br />So this once beautiful part of Kent is over-developed and over-populated, the town is like an extension of eastern europe...but the advantages are that I work five miles from home, am the same distance from <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bluewater">Bluewater</a> and about ten miles from <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lakeside_Shopping_Centre">Lakeside</a>, if I want to go to Paris I can catch a train from <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ebbsfleet_International_railway_station">here</a> or from the same station I can be in London in twelve minutes!<br /><br />For the last two years I've been working as a medical secretary at the local hospital, pretty much full-time on a temporary basis, moving around from department to department a few times...but on Monday I start, what I hope, will lead to a permanent contract...whooopeee!<br /><br />I'm off to bed now, had a long, hard yoga class tonight and I'm looking forward to a good sleep.<br /><br />Namaste xx<div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/19469754-2334519517677305104?l=sulovespink.blogspot.com' alt='' /></div>Pinkhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15320361823925427984noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19469754.post-1263401418475933292010-02-10T17:50:00.000-05:002010-02-10T17:50:03.574-05:00no blog...<br /><br />I know!<br /><br />I don't even know if there are any old subscribers out there in blogland, I suspect a lot of people have moved over to Facebook, Twitter etc. I tried 'em and am bored with them...time for my lovely old comfy blog, which feels a bit like a security blanket.<br /><br />It's nice to be back...I'll see what I can do about making this interesting...<div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/19469754-126340141847593329?l=sulovespink.blogspot.com' alt='' /></div>Pinkhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15320361823925427984noreply@blogger.com4
